Program Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made between LaunchUX, LLC (hereinafter “COMPANY”) and the applicant (hereinafter “AFFILIATE”). COMPANY agrees to provide AFFILIATE with compensation in return for referring work to COMPANY.

AFFILIATE can in bill for COMPANY services and markup the project price or AFFILIATE will be issued a check upon receipt if COMPANY bills the AFFILIATE client directly. The terms are determined case by case, mutually between the COMPANY and AFFILIATE. If billing the customer directly, AFFILATE is bound by our payment terms.

The purpose of this agreement is to provide an commission to AFFILIATE in return for referring COMPANY interested leads.

COMPANY will write all contracts, host sales meetings, and handle all client onboarding. AFFILIATE should not attempt to scope projects and offer quotes without a sales representative from COMPANY.

TERMS AFFILIATE agrees to:
1. Refer website development and SEO projects to COMPANY in exchange for compensation.
2. Pay COMPANY upon receipt of funds from AFFILIATE client if billing the end-user directly.
3. Not solicit employees from COMPANY for employment.
4. Not set up their own sub-affiliate program under this program.
5. AFFILIATE gets paid commission after the project is completed. The full deposit is given to COMPANY to start the project.
6. AFFILIATE agrees COMPANY may enforce their Terms of Service onto their referrals. View TOS
7. AFFILIATE understands they will not receive commissions on referral balances sent to litigation or collection agencies
COMPANY agrees to:
1. Provide reasonable support, sales staff, and access to developers to facilitate an outsourced web development and SEO team.
2. COMPANY will not directly solicit referrals registered by partners without written consent.
3. COMPANY agrees to abide by the scope and conditions of the proposals.


If a white label agreement is put into place, there will be a fee of $500 or 10% of the contract, whichever is higher, to perform the work under AFFILIATE branding. This does not count towards the AFFILIATE commission. Late fees, penalties and collection charges also do not apply to AFFILIATE commission.

White label partners will be expected to provide an email address (i.e. [email protected]) that COMPANY will use to communicate with leads and clients. COMPANY does not offer phone support at this time. Clients may schedule Zoom calls or video conferences with COMPANY.
