General Questions

How do I know you won't directly solicit to my clients?

The application process includes non-compete language that legally binds us from soliciting or poaching your customers. This provides you the reassurance that we mean business. We are here to build a longstanding, mutually beneficial relationship with your IT company.

95% of our satisfied customers have given us 5-star reviews. Whether it’s a new website or search optimization, we guarantee satisfied completion and white glove service to anyone who works with us.

How does white labeling work?

Your MSP refers clients to us who are seeking search optimization, digital ad placing, or a new website. We expertly and professionally handle all communication and needs for your client. We can even handle the billing.

Your commission fee (usually 10-20%) is added on top of our service fee. You just got paid for passing work to someone else. That’s smart money-making for everyone.

Wait! It gets better…
Because our SEO services are recurring services, you get a commission check every month that a client stays with us.

Do you build websites for MSPs?

Absolutely. Since our parent company LaunchUX sprouted from an MSP, we know the industry well. We frequently built websites for our partners to prove our merit and show them our development process.

What do I need to do to become a partner?

Becoming a partner is a pretty easy process.  It starts with a simple conference call so we can learn about your business and introduce ourselves.

You are under no obligation to send work our way or held to any sales minimums.  Our work speaks for itself and many firms find themselves utilizing us more than they expected.

Can I host the sites for my customers?

Sure, we only ask that you meet a few requirements regarding operating systems and PHP version to reach our security standards.

Do you do SEO for sites you did not build?

Very often! Many web developers don’t offer on-going SEO services, so it is common for us to take on a client whose site we did not build. As long as the website meets performance standards, we will take it on. If the site fails its initial evaluation, we’ll work with you and the client to propose solutions before beginning SEO work.

How does billing work?

First, we are flexible, however there are two popular ways of handling this that we call partner and affiliate:

Partner Billing: We provide you with a quote for the project that you then have the ability to markup further.  We often provide suggested markups, but you are under no obligation to follow our suggestions.

Affiliate Billing: We bill the client for you and remit you payment instead.  Partners in this program can generally expect 10% of a project’s value.  For this program we do require an W-9.

For new website projects, the client puts down a 50% deposit. They pay the second half upon satisfied completion of the project.

Any commitments or territory restrictions?

Nope, we keep it simple.

Do you have startup fees for clients?

New websites for white label partners have a $500 administrative fee that is not counted towards your commission. SEO and SMM monthly plans have a 50% start-up fee. We waive the start-up fee for SEO contracts if we have built the company’s website. All of these fees are passed to the customer.

If a client lapses in payment or cancels, they may be subject to the start-up fee again depending on several factors including length of time lapsed as a client or if they used another SEO firm in between.

What’s your response time on requests?

We understand that some bad apples have given web developers a bad rap when it comes to responsiveness, which is why we have a 4-hour response time during business hours. Even if we can’t get to the issue immediately, we’ll acknowledge that it was received and get it on our to-do list.
