White labeling, or private labeling, is when a service removes their branding and logo in exchange for the purchaser’s branding. We represent your company and use your branding. You add your fee or percentage on top of ours, and we both get paid.
Becoming a partner is a pretty easy process. It starts with a simple conference call so we can learn about your business and introduce ourselves.
Afterwards, we provide you with a one page partner agreement that protects you by guaranteeing payment, terms and preventing us from soliciting your clients.
You are under no obligation to send work our way or held to any sales minimums. Our work speaks for itself and many firms find themselves utilizing us more than they expected.
We sign a non-compete form that legally binds us from soliciting or poaching your customers. This provides you the reassurance that we mean business. We are here to build a longstanding, mutually beneficial relationship with your IT company.

As long as the site meets most of our criteria, we will take them on. If we don’t there is a very good reason that we will explain. Sometimes the site may have security issues or other critical flaws that need resolved first for our work to be effective.
First, we are flexible, however there are two popular ways of handling this that we call partner and affiliate:
Partner Billing: We provide you with a quote for the project that you then have the ability to markup further. We often provide suggested markups, but you are under no obligation to follow our suggestions. When the project starts, you provide us 50% of the amount we quoted and when it is finished, provide the other 50%. You keep the rest.
Affiliate Billing: We bill the client for you and remit you payment instead. Partners in this program can generally expect 10% of a projects value. For this program we do require an I-9.
